To date, the Parties have failed to comply with this requirement as they have not filed a notice scheduling mediation. Accordingly, the Parties are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE by December 18, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. as to why sanctions should not be imposed for their failure to comply with the Court's Order.
