PAPERLESS ORDER DISMISSING CASE. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's motion to withdraw complaint (DE #8 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Plaintiff requests to withdraw his previously filed complaint without prejudice. Therefore, the Court construes the Motion as a notice of voluntary dismissal. See United States v. Jordan, 915 F.2d 622, 624-25 (11th Cir. 1990) ("Federal courts have long recognized that they have an obligation to look behind the label of a motion filed by a pro se [plaintiff] and determine whether the motion is, in effect, cognizable under a different remedial statutory framework."). Accordingly, upon review of the Motion and the record, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. All deadlines and hearings are CANCELED.
