Filing 11 MOTION for Preliminary Injunction by Alfredo Bless. (caw) |
Filing 10 PAPERLESS ORDER denying #6 Plaintiff's Motion for a Preliminary Injunction. The Motion, unaccompanied by any evidence, seeks an order compelling the Florida Department of Corrections (DOC) not to transfer Plaintiff from his current facility. The Court has reviewed the bare Motion and finds it insufficient to warrant the relief requested. Moreover, as previously noted #8 , Plaintiffs Complaint awaits screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915A. Signed by Judge Aileen M. Cannon on 1/3/2024. (css) |
