Plaintiff says it wants to seal Exhibit A to the Complaint and Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of Sherin Xu in Support of Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. The motion and proposed Order make it seem as though these documents have already been filed. They have not. In effect, Plaintiff seems to seeking leave to, in the future, file these materials and to do so under seal. But that is not what the motion says. If Plaintiff wishes to obtain Court permission to file something under seal in the future, then it should file a motion which clearly articulates the procedural posture.
