Sua Sponte review of the allegations indicates that the single-count Complaint is premised on Defendants initiating a secondary action on November 16, 2023 (23-CV-24390) in violation of a Settlement Agreement resulting from a previously litigated dispute, also brought in the Southern District of Florida (22-CV-21514).
