Id. at 2. He also states that he "anticipates that the parties will be in a position to notify the Court of the dismissal of this litigation prior to the expiration of the extended deadline Defendant is requesting through this Motion." Id.The Undersigned will excuse Defendant Steiner's non-compliance because Plaintiff does not oppose the requested extension and there is a possibility that the parties will resolve this action during that time. Therefore, Defendant Steiner will have until Tuesday, March 5, 2024 to file on CM/ECF his response to the #1 Complaint.
