PAPERLESS ORDER striking #13 Notice of Mediation Selection and Hearing and requiring parties to show good cause for conducting Mediation Conference via videoconference. Per the Court's March 20, 2024 Scheduling Order ("Scheduling Order"), #11 , "[t]he mediation shall take place in person. Requests to appear virtually by videoconference or other remote means must be made by motion." Order at 1. Although the Court will ordinarily grant a motion to conduct mediation via videoconference, the Court nonetheless requires a showing of good cause.
