PAPERLESS ORDER. On February 22, 2024, we denied the Plaintiff's #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and dismissed the #1 Complaint without prejudice. See #9 February 22, 2024, Order. In that Order, we gave the Plaintiff until March 16, 2024, to file an amended complaint. See id. at 7. That date has come and gone, and the Plaintiff hasn't filed an amended complaint, moved for an extension of time, or in any way appeared. See generally Docket.
