ORDER ON POST-REMOVAL PROCEDURES, AND REQUIRING SCHEDULING REPORT AND CERTIFICATES OF INTERESTED PARTIES: It is ORDERED that: On or before April 19, 2024, Defendant shall file a notice with the Court attaching a true and correct copy of the docket sheet in the State Court Action. On or before April 19, 2024, Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond to the underlying complaint, unless Defendant has already done so in the State Court Action. By May 3, 2024, the parties shall prepare and file a joint scheduling report. In addition, at the time of filing the joint scheduling report, the parties, including governmental parties, must file certificates of interested parties and corporate disclosure statements.
