Shortly thereafter, the Clerk indicated that the Plaintiff's attorney was not being added to this case based on his suspension from practicing before this Court. Since then no other attorney has appeared for the Plaintiff nor has the Plaintiff indicated that he intends to proceed on his own behalf. Accordingly, the Court orders the Plaintiff to show cause, on or before November 27, 2024, why his case should not be dismissed based on his failure to appear in this matter since its removal to federal court. Additionally, if the Plaintiff intends to proceed with this case, he must file a notice, also on or before November 27, 2024, indicating that he has either retained new counsel or that he intends to proceed pro se and represent himself.The Court also directs the Clerk to provide this order to attorney Joseph W. Gibson via email at [email protected]; and via U.S. mail to Joseph W. Gibson, P.A., 19 W. Flagler Street, Ste. 417, Miami, FL 33130.Finally, the Court orders the Defendant, on or before November 27, 2024, to certify that it has (1) forwarded a copy of #6 the Court's initial order to opposing counsel and (2) served opposing counsel with a copy of #10 its motion to dismiss, identifying the date and manner of delivery of each document.
