AMENDED PAPERLESS ORDER granting #6 Motion for Extension of Time. We sua sponte VACATE our December 9, 2024, Paperless Order [ECF No. 7] and substitute this amended order in its place. The pro se Plaintiff, Lewis Fields, is asking for additional time to file his amended complaint so he can "hire another attorney to fill [sic] for this case." Motion at 1. We'll GRANT Fields's Motion and give him an additional thirty days to file his amended complaint. Fields must file his amended complaint and either pay the filing fee or file a new motion to proceed in forma pauperis by January 9, 2025.
