PAPERLESS ORDER. This cause is before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. Southern District of Florida Local Rule 3.3 provides, "[e]very Complaint or other document initiating a civil action shall be accompanied by a completed civil cover sheet." Plaintiff Marlon Jenerro Green's Complaint is not accompanied by a civil cover sheet. If Plaintiff wishes to prosecute this lawsuit in this District, Plaintiff MUST complete and file a civil cover sheet, a form of which is available on the Court's website (www.flsd.uscourts.gov). The deadline to file a civil cover sheet is 14 days from the date of this Order.However, it appears that Plaintiff may have intended to file the Complaint in a different court, not the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. If that is the case, Plaintiff is advised that he may file a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal prior to payment of the filing fee. If Plaintiff files a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, this Court will dismiss the case, and Plaintiff remains free to file a Complaint in a different court.The Clerk is INSTRUCTED to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff's address: 1709 Saint Andrews Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.
