PAPERLESS ORDER CLOSING CASE. The SEC filed a #1 Complaint notifying us that a receiver was appointed by Judge Michael L. Brown in SEC v. Frost, No. 25-cv-03826 (N.D. Ga.), ECF No. 10. The SEC hasn't moved for any affirmative relief; we assume that it brought this action simply to afford the receiver jurisdiction over any parties who (or property which) may be located in our District.
