In the Motion, the Parties explain that "this lawsuit involves solely a claim for benefits pursuant to ERISA 502(a)(1)(B), 29 U.S.C. 1132(a)(1)(B)" and the Parties have agreed that "discovery should be limited to the Administrative Record, and no discovery beyond the Administrative Record of Plaintiff's claim is appropriate or admissible in this case."
