PAPERLESS ORDER granting #28 Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Extend the Local Rule 26.1(g)(2) Deadline to Submit Discovery Disputes (the "Motion"). As the parties filed the instant Motion the day Plaintiff maintains is the operative deadline, the Motion fails to comply with Judge Williams' Practices and Procedures, which state, "[a]bsent an emergency, requests for extensions of time must be presented to the Court, by motion, no later than 48 hours prior to the deadline from which the Parties are seeking relief. Sanctions may be imposed for non-emergent requests made less than 48 hours prior to the deadline." Nevertheless, seeing that the instant motion is unopposed and the Parties have established good cause, the Motion is GRANTED. The deadline under Local Rule 26.1(g)(2), as previously extended by the parties' stipulation through August 3, 2026, for the parties to submit discovery disputes concerning Defendant's June 29, 2026, discovery responses and privilege log and its July 24 and 27, 2026 supplemental responses, amended privilege log, and production, is EXTENDED through and including Monday, August 17, 2026.
