Summonses were issued as to Defendants Lynx Equity Group, LLC and Shadi Shomar ("Defendants") on February 27, 2026. ECF Nos. #8 and #10 . Service of the summons and Complaint was executed on Defendants on March 9, 2026, setting a response deadline of March 30, 2026. ECF No. #11 . To date, Defendants have failed to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants must file their responses to the Complaint, no later than April 2, 2026.
