PAPERLESS ORDER granting Defendant's #10 Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint (the "Motion"). As Defendant filed the instant Motion the day before their response was due, the Motion fails to comply with Judge Williams' Practices and Procedures, which state, "[a]bsent an emergency, requests for extensions of time must be presented to the Court, by motion, no later than 48 hours prior to the deadline from which the Parties are seeking relief.
