THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Pro Se Plaintiff Leo Jean's Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Order to Show Cause (the "Motion"). See ECF No. #7 . In the Motion, Plaintiff requests a thirty-day extension of time, through July 8, 2026, to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause, ECF No. #6 , entered on May 26, 2026. See id. Plaintiff explains that illness delayed his ability to prepare a response and that additional time is needed to research the jurisdictional issues identified in the Court's Order. See id. Upon review of the Motion and the record, the Court finds good cause to grant the requested relief in part. Accordingly, the Motion, ECF No. #7 , is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
