PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Plaintiff Brittney Brown's Expedited Motion to Compel Compliance with Subpoena Duces Tecum (the "Motion"), ECF No. #1 . In the Motion, Plaintiff asks the Court "to compel Respondent Libs of Tik Tok LLC" to "comply with the non-party Subpoena Duces Tecum dated November 21, 2025" that was "issued by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and properly served" in "this District, in connection with the pending civil action Brown v. Young, No. 4:25-cv-419-MW-MJF (N.D. Fla.)." See ECF No. #1 at 1. Plaintiff explains that she "seeks an expedited ruling on this motion by January 16, 2026, pursuant to Local Rule 7.2(d)(2), so that Movant can obtain the compelled production before the expedited discovery period closes in the Underlying Action on January 30, 2026, and make use of any produced materials in support of a motion for summary judgment due by February 20, 2026." See ECF No. #1 at 1-2. The Honorable Joan A. Lenard referred the Motion to me for resolution. See ECF No. 3 . To resolve the Motion expeditiously, a hearing is HEREBY SCHEDULED to take place in Courtroom 5 of the C. Clyde Atkins United States Courthouse, 301 North Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33128 on January 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. before United States Magistrate Judge Marty Fulgueira Elfenbein. The Parties must appear in person for the hearing. Additionally, Respondent Libs of Tik Tok LLC MUST FILE a response to the Motion no later than January 16, 2026. Plaintiff MUST SERVE a copy of this Order on Respondent and MUST FILE proof of that service on the docket no later than January 12, 2026.
