PAPERLESS ORDER granting #1 Motion for an Order of Transfer. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45(f), the court finds that exceptional circumstances exist to warrant the transfer of Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Subpoena Compliance ("Motion to Compel") to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, in the matter Johnson et al. v. Zuffa LLC, et al., No. 2:21-cv-01189-RFB-BNW (D. Nev.) (the "Underlying Litigation"). The Court finds that the presiding judge in the Underlying Litigation "is in a better position to rule on" Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel "due to [his] familiarity with the full scope of the issues involved as well as any implications the resolution of [that] motion will have on the [U]nderlying [L]itigation." Supp. 3d 286, 288 (D.D.C. 2015)). This ruling is without prejudice to Defendant First Round Management, LLC's right to challenge the merits of Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel.
