The Parties state that "Plaintiff shall dismiss this case with prejudice shortly after the terms of the written agreement are fulfilled." The Parties ask the Court to vacate all deadlines set forth in the Pretrial Scheduling Order (DE #14 ). The Parties do not explain why this case should remain open but dormant while they finalize the terms of the settlement agreement. Therefore, the Parties shall submit closing documents by April 12, 2018. If necessary, the Parties may request that the court retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement. See Travaglio v. Am. Exp. Co, 735 F.3d 1266, 1268 (11th Cir. 2013) (When a plaintiff files suit in federal court, she must allege facts that, if true, show federal subject matter jurisdiction over her case exists.).
