PAPERLESS ORDER. The Court has reviewed the Complaint and determined that Plaintiff has not adequately pled complete diversity of the parties. See 28 U.S.C. 1332. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Plaintiff "is a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 6715 Orchid Lane, Dallas, Texas 75230." DE 1 1. Plaintiff, however, does not identify specifically the member(s) of the LLC, what type of entity the members are, the citizenship of the members and, if the members are LLCs, the citizenships of the members of the member-LLCs. See Rolling Greens MHP, L.P. v. Comcast SCH Holdings L.L.C., 374 F.3d 1020, 1022 (11th Cir. 2004) ("To sufficiently allege the citizenships of these unincorporated business entities, a party must list the citizenships of all the members of the limited liability company and all partners of the limited partnership."). Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that on or before July 6, 2018, Plaintiff shall show cause why the case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
