PAPERLESS ORDER. On January 13, 2020, Plaintiff notified the Court that the Parties have settled this matter. (DE #8 ). I congratulate the Parties on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. In the Notice, Plaintiff requests sixty days to file the appropriate closing documents. This request is DENIED; instead, I will require the appropriate closing documents to be filed by January 23, 2020. The court will retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Parties' settlement agreement if requested to do so before closing the case. The Parties are advised that the Notice of Settlement does not stay this litigation, and therefore until a joint stipulation of dismissal is filed, the Court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines.
