December 5, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 4 PAPERLESS ORDER denying without prejudice #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's Motion lists monthly expenses in an amount approximating four thousand dollars. Plaintiff's motion also states that Plaintiff has seven dependents. Plaintiff's Motion, however, states that Plaintiff has received no income from employment in the past 12 months. Plaintiff does state that he briefly received unemployment, but he does not inform the Court of that amount. Plaintiff shall file a renewed motion that explains (1) how Plaintiff pays for four thousand dollars of monthly expenses and seven dependents without any source of wages or gifts for the past 12 months and (2) the amount of unemployment that Plaintiff received in the past 12 months. Plaintiff's renewed Motion is due by December 12, 2019. In the event Plaintiff does not comply with this Order, the Court may dismiss the case without prejudice. Signed by Judge Robin L.
