PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part and denying in part #5 Motion for Extension of Time. This Court has made clear that it is keenly aware of Plaintiff's frivolous litigation history and provided specific directives to Plaintiff in its order to amend. [ECF No. 4]. Plaintiff is well aware of the Rules governing these types of proceedings having litigated at least 30 cases previously. Id. Because Plaintiff has been designated as a three-striker under the PLRA, he may not proceed in this action unless he can establish that he meets the imminent danger exception. Accordingly, Plaintiff is granted only a limited extension to submit his amended complaint. Plaintiff's amended complaint is now due on or before July 14, 2020. Plaintiff should allow sufficient time for mailing to ensure the amended complaint arrives by the set deadline. No further extensions of time will be granted barring exceptional circumstances.
