Upon review of the Order of Transfer from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Federal Circuit has left for this Court's determination whether (1) Plaintiff has petitioned the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") for review of the Board's decision and (2) whether the EEOC has concluded its review. Therefore, Plaintiff shall file a notice informing the Court whether she had petitioned the EEOC and the status of the EEOC's review. If the EEOC has completed its review, Plaintiff shall attach proof of the same to her notice. Plaintiff's notice is due within seven (7) days of the date of rendition of this Order.
