Filing 18 PAPERLESS ORDER. On September 24, 2020 Defendants James Walter McCann and Elizabeth Rose McHugh filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint. The Plaintiff shall file a response to the motion on or before October 8, 2020. The failure to respond to the motion will result in the dismissal of Plaintiff's Complaint for failure to prosecute under Local Rule 3.10. If the Plaintiff files a timely response, the motion will be taken under advisement and an order will be entered thereon without further notice. Plaintiff is advised that Local Rule 3.01(b) provides: "Each party opposing a motion or application shall file within (14) days after service of the motion or application a response that includes a memorandum of legal authority in opposition to the request, all of which the respondent shall include in a document not more than twenty (20) pages." Plaintiff is hereby advised that he is to comply with the Local Rules of this Court. The Court will not issue orders in the future directing the Plaintiff to file responses to motions.
