PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part #7 Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time. The deadline for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint was January 10, 2022. Defendant seeks a 30-day extension of this deadline, citing that "[d]ue to a clerical and/or calendaring error, Defendant failed to timely retain outside counsel and respond to the Complaint." (DE #7 at para. 4). Defendant represents that, upon realizing its mistake, it retained counsel on January 11, 2022, but counsel now "needs additional time to investigate and analyze Plaintiff's Complaint." (Id. at para. 56). I find good cause to grant Defendant's Motion (DE #7 ) in part. Accordingly, the deadline for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint is extended to January 28, 2022.
