On January 1, 2022, the Plaintiff filed a Complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. #1 . The Court has not yet screened the Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 to determine whether Plaintiff's claims may proceed against any specific defendants. As a result, Plaintiff's motion seeking service is premature. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion #4 is DENIED without prejudice.
