On or before October 31, 2023, Plaintiff shall pay $4.17 (20% of $20.83, the total deposits of $125.00 made between March 2023 and August 2023 divided by six months) as a partial filing fee in this case. Plaintiff owes the United States a debt of $350.00 which must be paid to the Clerk of Court as funds become available.The facility having custody of Plaintiff shall make the initial $4.17 payment from Plaintiff's inmate account to the Clerk of Court, on or before the October 31, 2023 due date. Thereafter, the facility having custody of Plaintiff must make payments from Plaintiff's inmate account to the Clerk of this Court each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00 until the full filing fee of $350.00 is paid.
