PAPERLESS ORDER striking #13 Motion for Reconsideration. Plaintiff requests that I reconsider my prior Order summarily remanding this matter to state court. A remand order divests this Court of jurisdiction over the matter, and thus I am not empowered to entertain Plaintiff's Motion. Per 28 U.S.C. 1447, "[a]n order remanding a case to the State court from which it was removed is not reviewable on appeal or otherwise." Further, neither exception under section 1447 applies here.
