Filing 9 PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to the Complaint. #8 . Therein, Defendants request a second extension of time to respond to the Complaint in order to give the Parties time adjudicate Plaintiffs' petitions for adjustment of status and resolve the case without additional judicial intervention. Defendants inform the Court that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("CIS") sent a request for evidence to Plaintiffs, including a request for Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") Tax Transcripts. Plaintiffs' counsel requested the information from the IRS on May 30, 2019, but was informed that the inquiry may take up to seventy-five (75) days for the IRS to process. As a result, the Parties anticipate the IRS information will be obtained and Plaintiffs' applications will be adjudicated on or before October 16, 2019. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion #8 is GRANTED.
