NOTICE OF COURT PRACTICE. This action has been removed from state court. Within seven (7) days of this Order, each party shall separately file a copy of any pending motions that it filed in the state court proceedings. Thereafter, the opposing party shall file its response to the pending motion within five (5) days. If the non-removing party seeks remand (on a basis other than lack of subject matter jurisdiction-which can be raised at any time), it shall file a motion to remand within thirty (30) days of removal.
