Cohen v. Groupon, Inc.
Plaintiff alleged that Defendant Groupon and its retail partners violated the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act (CARD Act), the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, and Florida's gift certificate alaw by selling gift certificates, such as "groupons," with expiration dates.
