The Parties' request for 30 days to file closing documents is denied, however. The Parties are directed to ensure that closing documents are filed on or before February 8, 2019. The Parties may request that the court retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of their settlement agreement. The Parties are advised that their pending settlement does not operate to stay this litigation and until this case is closed the court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines.
