PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. On January 14, 2019, Defendants USAA Federal Savings Bank, USAA Life Insurance Company, USAA General Indemnity Company, USAA Casualty Insurance Company, USAA Financial Advisors, Inc., and USAA Financial Planning Services Insurance Agency, Inc. filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint for failure to state a claim. (DE #4 ). On January 24, 2019, Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed all of these entities except for Defendant USAA Federal Savings Bank, which remains active in this litigation. (DE #9 ). Plaintiff sought an extension of the deadline to respond to the Motion to Dismiss, and this Court extended the deadline to February 4, 2019. (DE #10 ; DE 12 ). Accordingly, on or before March 5, 2019, Plaintiff shall respond to this Order and SHOW CAUSE why Defendant USAA Federal Savings Bank's Motion to Dismiss should not be granted.
