March 8, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 13 PAPERLESS ORDER denying without prejudice #11 Motion for Summary Judgment. On February 22, 2019, Defendant Boca-Delray Association, Inc. filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. In the Motion, Defendant failed to comply with S.D. Fla. Local Rule 56.1, which requires any motion for summary judgment to contain a statement of material facts that is "supported by specific references to pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, admissions, and affidavits on file with the Court." S.D. Fla. Local Rule 56.1(a)(2). Plaintiff's statement of material facts fails to cite to the record for every factual allegation made therein. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (DE #11 ) is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff shall refile any corrected motion for summary judgment on or by March 21, 2019.
