PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR FILING DISMISSAL DOCUMENTS AND EXTENDING DEADLINE TO ANSWER COMPLAINT. The Parties have filed a Notice of Settlement (DE #8 ), and the Court congratulates them on their amicable resolution of this matter. The Parties' request for 30 days to file closing documents is denied, however, as no good cause for such a delay is set forth in their Notice. The Parties are therefore directed to file appropriate dismissal documents on or before March 19, 2019. The Parties may move for the Court to retain jurisdiction upon closing the case if necessary to enforce the terms of their settlement agreement. The Parties are further advised that their Notice of Settlement does not operate to stay any of the deadlines set forth in the Pretrial Scheduling Order. Until closing documents are filed, this case will remain on the trial calendar and the court expects compliance with all pretrial deadlines.
