PAPERLESS ORDER denying without prejudice #20 motion to file unilateral discovery plan. Plaintiff moves to file a unilateral discovery plan on the basis that Defendant has not responded to Plaintiff's Counsel's emails regarding a joint plan. In order to allow the Parties additional time to confer, I will extend the joint discovery plan deadline to July 1, 2019. No other deadlines are modified or extended as a result of this Order.
