Defendant has filed an Unopposed Motion for Additional Enlargement of Time in which it requests an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint on the basis that the Parties have reached a settlement. (DE #8 ). The Parties are congratulated on their amicable resolution of this matter. Pursuant to the ADA Title III Scheduling Order, the Parties are directed to file appropriate dismissal documents within ten days. (DE #5 at 3). Accordingly, the Parties are directed to file appropriate dismissal documents on or before July 25, 2019. The Parties may move the Court to retain jurisdiction upon closing the case if necessary to enforce the terms of their settlement agreement. The Parties are further advised that until closing documents are filed, the Court will expect compliance with all deadlines presently set in this case. In light of the pending settlement, however, Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Additional Enlargement of Time is granted, and the deadline for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint (DE #1 ) is extended to July 25, 2019.
