November 4, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 8 PAPERLESS ORDER. On November 1, 2019, Plaintiff notified the Court that the Parties have settled this matter. (DE #7 ). The Court congratulates the Parties on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. Pursuant to the instructions set forth in the Pretrial Scheduling Order (DE #4 ), the Parties shall file appropriate closing documents within 10 days, or by November 11, 2019. I will retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Parties' settlement agreement if requested to do so before closing the case. The Parties are advised that the Notice of Settlement does not stay this litigation, and therefore until a dismissal is filed, the court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines set forth in the ADA Title III Scheduling Order (DE #4 ). I note that pursuant to that Order, Plaintiff was required to provide Defendant a copy of a written report concerning any claimed ADA violations by November 4, 2019. In light of the pending settlement, Plaintiff's deadline for disclosure of this report is extended to November 11, 2019. No other deadlines are extended. Signed by Judge Donald M.
