PAPERLESS ORDER. On November 11, 2019, the Parties notified the Court that they have settled this matter. (DE #13 ). I congratulate the Parties on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. Although the Parties ask for thirty (30) days to prepare the appropriate closing documents, no cause for such a delay is apparent from the Parties' Notice of Settlement, and therefore that request is denied. Consistent with the instructions set forth in the ADA Title III Scheduling Order (DE #4 ), the Parties must file closing documents within ten (10) days, or by November 21, 2019. The court will retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Parties' settlement agreement if requested to do so before closing the case. The Parties are advised that the Notice of Settlement does not stay this litigation, and therefore until a joint stipulation of dismissal is filed, the court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines. However, I will extend Plaintiff's deadline to file the verified statement responding to the Court's interrogatories to November 21, 2019. By November 21, 2019, therefore, the Parties must file the appropriate closing documents or Plaintiff must file the verified statement responding to the Court's interrogatories.
