PAPERLESS ORDER. The Court has reviewed the Amended Complaint #8 and has determined that Plaintiffs have not adequately pled complete diversity of the parties as required by the Court's prior Order 6 . While Plaintiffs have identified Defendant Brown and Defendant Jordan as each being "a member" of Defendant Integrity Mortgage, LLC, the Amended Complaint does not establish whether Defendants Brown and Jordan are the LLC's only members. To comply with the Order at 6 and to plead complete diversity, Plaintiffs must plead the citizenship of all of the LLC's members. Accordingly, Plaintiffs shall file a Second Amended Complaint by no later than November 15, 2019, that adequately pleads the citizenship of each party. PAPERLESS ORDER. The Court has reviewed the Complaint #1 and has determined that Plaintiff has not adequately pled complete diversity of the parties. See 28 U.S.C. 1332. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Integrity Mortgage, LLC is a Maine limited liability company with its principal place of business in Maine. Plaintiff, however, does not identify the members of the LLC, what type of entity the members are, the citizenship of the members and, if the members are LLCs, the citizenships of the members of the member-LLCs. See Rolling Greens MHP, L.P. v. Comcast SCH Holdings L.L.C., 374 F.3d 1020, 1022 (11th Cir. 2004) ("To sufficiently allege the citizenships of these unincorporated business entities, a party must list the citizenships of all the members of the limited liability company and all partners of the limited partnership."). Accordingly, Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint by no later than November 8, 2019, that adequately pleads the citizenship of each party.
