Defendant requests a 30-day extension of the deadline to respond to Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories and First Request for Production, as well as the deadline to respond to Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss (DE #5 ). Defendant states in support that its progress in this matter has been stalled due to COVID-19, which has caused its counsel to work from home while caring for children that are out of school. I find good cause to grant the requested relief. Accordingly, Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories and First Request for Production on or before April 22, 2020, and shall file its response to Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss on or before May 1, 2020. March 4, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 11 PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part and denying in part #8 Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time and Leave to Conduct Limited Jurisdictional Discovery. Plaintiff states that as Defendant seeks to dismiss this case based on a lack of personal jurisdiction (DE #5 ), 45 days of limited jurisdictional discovery are necessary. Defendant does not oppose the grant of jurisdictional discovery, but expresses no opinion as to the appropriate length of that discovery. I find good cause to allow 21 days of jurisdictional discovery until March 25, 2020. Discovery during this period should only be related to jurisdictional issues.
