PAPERLESS ORDER granting #13 Defendants' Motion for Extension of Time. The Parties' discovery plan and notice of mediator selection was due by March 18, 2020. (DE #7 ). In the present Motion, Defendants request a fourteen-day extension of those deadlines. In requesting the extension, Defendants state that "[d]ue to other professional commitments as well as the uncertainty and related issues involving the COVID-19 pandemic, the parties have not yet had the opportunity to confer as to a discovery plan or selection of a mediator." (DE #13 at 2). Under these circumstances, I find good cause to grant the requested extension. The deadline to file the discovery plan and notice of mediator selection is extended to April 1, 2020.
