April 24, 2020 Filing 23 Unopposed MOTION to Substitute Affidavit of Keri J. Marshall (with Verification Page) in Place of Affidavit of Keri J. Marshall (Missing Verification Page) [DE19-1] in Support of Defendant's Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Freeze Trust Account and Require Interim Accounting [DE 19] by Gary Widett. April 23, 2020 Filing 22 PAPERLESS ORDER: On April 21, 2020, defense counsel left a voicemail requesting a settlement conference before the undersigned to satisfy the requirement of court-ordered mediation. The voicemail did not include proposed conference dates. Chambers attempted to contact defense counsel on April 21 and again on April 22, leaving voicemails and asking for dates that are mutually agreeable for a settlement conference. Because Court staff, and counsel, are generally working remotely at this time, when calling Chambers, counsel should provide the proposed dates in a voicemail. Alternatively, the Court finds it is appropriate to allow counsel to submit proposed dates via email (brannon@flsd.uscourts.gov). Thereafter, an order will issue setting forth the date, time, place, and procedures for the settlement conference. As stated in a voicemail to defense counsel, the undersigned is not available to conduct a settlement conference in August. Signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Dave Lee Brannon on 4/23/2020. (jb02)
