PAPERLESS ORDER. On April 15, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement as to all Defendants. (DE #9 ). The Court congratulates the Parties on their amicable resolution of this matter. As Plaintiff correctly states, consistent with the instructions set forth in the Pretrial Scheduling Order (DE #6 ), the Parties must file closing documents within ten (10) days of filing a notice of settlement, or by April 25, 2020. As this date falls on a Saturday, the Parties should file closing documents on or before April 27, 2020. The Parties are advised that the Notice of Settlement does not operate as a stay of this litigation. Therefore, until a voluntary dismissal is filed, the Parties must comply with all litigation deadlines. A sua sponte review of the docket reflects that the deadline for Plaintiff to respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (DE #7 ) passed on April 14, 2020 and no response was filed. I will extend this deadline until April 27, 2020. Accordingly, the Parties shall either file closing documents or Plaintiff shall file a response to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss by April 27, 2020.
