PAPERLESS ORDER. On April 22, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement indicating that the Parties have settled this matter. (DE #23 ). I congratulate the Parties on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. Pursuant to the Pretrial Scheduling Order, the Parties are required to submit the appropriate closing documents by May 4, 2020. (DE #7 at 2). The Court will retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Parties' settlement agreement if requested to do so before closing the case. The Parties are advised that the Notice of Settlement does not stay this litigation, and therefore until a joint stipulation of dismissal is filed, the court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines.
