In the present Motion, Defendant seeks an additional ten-day extension of the deadline to respond to the Complaint. (DE #10 ). Defendant makes this request because it need to obtain further information before filing its response. (Id.). Defendant was served on April 23, 2020. Defendant does not explain why it has been unable to obtain the required information since it has been served. Accordingly, I will only provide Defendant a limited extension to respond to the Complaint. Defendant's deadline to respond to the Complaint is extended to June 5, 2020.
