PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Defendant Bryan Gallon removed this lawsuit on May 29, 2020. (DE #1 ). Defendant Gallon failed to attach any state court records to his Notice of Removal (including the underlying complaint), as required by statute. See 28 U.S.C. 1446(a). Therefore, on May 29, 2020, the Clerk of Court directed the removing Defendant to file the state court record within twenty-four hours. To date, Defendant Gallon has failed to file the state court record. Accordingly, Defendant shall show cause in writing by June 8, 2020, why he failed to timely file the required state court pleadings. Defendant shall also file the state court pleadings by that day.
